Aging: 3 years.
Tasting: First nose discreet, fine and complex. Notes of green apple and vine peach add a fruity touch. Powerful, lively and flexible attack. Beautiful roundness on the palate, long and refreshing finish. A model of balance between freshness and body, it is best enjoyed as an aperitif and can also be the only wine with a meal. Ideal with salmon gravlax or parmesan shavings.
